By means of Bee Lock service you can protect your order choosing options “accept” or “block” the connecting to certain telephone number.

Activating
In the table “List of access numbers” you can see the numbers from which you have been accessing to Internet. In case you are on a digital main telephone exchange or on an exchange that leaves identification of calls, you will see complete telephone numbers from which you have been accessing. It means that you can set the service in such a way to be connects to a certain access number. Some telephone exchanges do not leave information, so for them it is not possible to find out the access number. If in the table you do not see the whole telephone number or you can see only a part of a number, then you will not be able to set the service so that it is correctly connected to the access number. It does not mean that you cannot set the service. It means only that the protection will not be complete. Data on the basis of which processing is performed, depend on the data given by Telekom Srbija.“Empty log” (empty field in the list of access numbers) represents a telephone number that has not been recorded during the connection and such a number is impossible to identify because it has been forwarded from an old telephone exchange which does not have this option as is the case with new telephone exchanges.

In settings you can set the access to your order through 7 conditions where you can refuse or accept access to your order:

• from those telephones that do not leave information (empty log),
• with 5 telephone numbers at your option which can leave information and
• all other to which the conditions from the preceding two items do not relate.

After you have entered a number, or numbers in the fields Second, Third…Fifth number, from which you want only to access Internet, it is enough that you just leave the field “Accept” activated. All other fields should be set to “Refuse”. When you have entered the numbers from which you want only to have access to Internet, click down on the “Activate” button.

Example of incorrect setting of Bee Lock service

This example shows a frequent method of setting by negligent users who in this way lock their own order. Bee Lock set as shown in the example, produces the following effect: if telephone 654321 leaves information about the number on the telephone exchange, then the data are in the form of 21654321. However, in the next logging in, the user will be refused because he has forbidden access to himself, due to the fact that telephone which he leaves (21654321) will not be the same as the one the user has entered (654321) when setting the Bee Lock.

The second frequent mistake is that users often oversee the fact that their telephone does not leave information of its number, so if the user has a six digit number beginning with 4, he will never manage to log in even if he sets the Bee Lock correctly (for example 21423156), because his telephone will never leave this information.

Example of the correct setting of Bee Lock service

Seven digit numbers beginning with 3, set for this example, are leaving information. Data have been correctly set, if the user wants to enable access from city telephone numbers 3065432 and 3211234, and to refuse all other calls.

Activating
For canceling of the service delete all entered numbers and set all parameters to “accept”.
