Neobee Q-pay spot

Neobee.net users also have the advantage to use the new electronic payment service.
Electronic pre-payment allows you buy internet time quickly and securely at more than 6.500 pints of sale in Serbia (newspaper booths, shopping centers, hypermarkets). To look for the nearest points of sale please go to search page of Q-Pay spot locations which have Q-Pay spot marks (picture on the right).

How to do the payment? In order to use this service you need to know your Q-PaySpot number and price of the internet package you want to buy. Check your initially assigned Q-Pay spot number in the ‘My Account’ section. Q-Pay Spot number Q-pay spot number consists of two parts. The first part consists of three digits (903) which can not be changed and are unique for all users. The second part is the number which can be 6 to 11 digits long. You can change this number at any time in the ‘My Account’section and use the combination of digits which will be easier to remember, (such as date of birth, telephone number, etc). Once you have your Q-Pay spot number and you know the price of the package you would like to buy, you can buy internet time at any of 6.500 points of sale.

When you do the payment, you will get the receipt which should look like the one shown on the picture on the right. If your Q-Pay number (1) was entered correctly in the receipt you will see that your provider is Neobee, your user name (2) and payment details (3).

If you have entered the wrong code and/or you see someone else’s user name on the receipt or event a different internet provider’s name, the payment may be cancelled right away.

Note!

It is possible to do the payments only for the amounts listed in Neobee.net official prices list. It is not possible to do the payment for the amount which does not exist in the prices list (ie. 100.00 dinars).
